Swaynehuis

Please note, this pool is a private pool and only for the guests of Swaynehuis, not for the guests of the cottages. The river is available to all Swaynekloof Farm guests.

This beautiful, large four-bedroom house used to be the main farmhouse but is now available to guests. It has a large lapa, built-in braai and swimming pool. Unfortunately, due to local rules and close neighbours, parties and loud music is not allowed.

There are 4 bedrooms. A master bedroom with one double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed; third bedroom has two single beds and a double bunk and the fourth bedroom has four single beds. There are also 3 extra sleeper couches, two in the living room and one in the second bedroom. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a large fireplace for the cold winter evenings.

There is a lovely open plan dining room and big kitchen with a well-equipped scullery including automatic dishwasher, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen has a gas hob, double electric wall over and large refrigerator.

A large patio (with dart board) overlooks the big blue swimming pool and thatched braai/lapa. Wonderful for entertaining friends on long summer days. The house is not available for loud parties, only family/friend gatherings.
